A discussion about political theory -- or sugar substitute?
This was said to me at the Pancake House:
"It's different from equal. It's not equal. It's better than equal."Okay, it was the sugar substitute, but you can't hear the capital "E" pronounced.

I think I know who made that statement and she drinks about four cups of tea (not coffee!)per day (with two teaspoons of sugar or sugar substitute per cup). So, we're talking about avoiding 720 calories on a daily basis. By any measure, that's a lot of calories.
Otherwise, this tea-drinking-sugar-substitute-using person doesn't really avoid sugar per se. In fact, I've seen her eat Oreo cookies for breakfast and chocolate bars for lunch.
