Update
I thought you'd like to know about the kiosk that I reported on back in May.
This was the kiosk on May 17.
Below: the same kiosk a couple of days ago:
It's so svelte, with just one layer of handbills, isn't it? But just a block away, its cousin looks rather deformed:
Doesn't it look like an alien is getting ready to burst out of its middle? Wearing a coat of recycled handbills, of course.
